How Provider Approval Works
We want customers to understand exactly what provider approval means — and what it does not mean.
“Approved” means reviewed — not guaranteed
A provider marked Approved has had its registration reviewed by Pattaya Condo Care and has been accepted into the provider network. Approval is a platform decision, not a guarantee that every job will be satisfactory.
What we may review
- Business or trading name supplied by the provider.
- Phone, LINE, WhatsApp or other contact details.
- Services offered and stated Pattaya service areas.
- Public business presence such as a website, Google profile or social page where available.
- Any additional information we specifically request during manual review.
What approval does not automatically mean
Unless we expressly say that a particular check has been completed, approval does not automatically mean we have checked or guaranteed:
- criminal history or police records;
- professional or trade licences;
- insurance coverage;
- financial standing;
- immigration or work status;
- technical competence for every type of job;
- the quality or outcome of future work.
When we use stronger wording
If Pattaya Condo Care later introduces a specific verification badge — for example “Identity checked” or “Insurance sighted” — the provider profile should state exactly what was checked and, where appropriate, when the check was performed.
Customer checks still matter
Customers should consider the nature of the job and ask for evidence of relevant licensing, insurance or qualifications where those matters are important. This is particularly important for regulated, high-risk or specialist work.
Reporting a concern
If a customer has a concern about an approved provider, contact Pattaya Condo Care through the support channel published on the website. We may review the provider's status and request further information.
