Terms of Service Privacy Notice Provider Terms Provider approval

1. Independent provider relationship

Providers participate as independent businesses or contractors. Registration or approval does not create an employment, partnership, franchise or agency relationship with Pattaya Condo Care.

2. Registration and approval

You must provide accurate and current information about your business, services, contact details and service areas. Pattaya Condo Care may review an application, request further information, approve it, decline it, pause it or remove it from the network.

Approval means only that Pattaya Condo Care has accepted the provider into the network based on the checks actually performed. It is not a guarantee of quality, insurance, licensing or suitability unless a particular check is expressly stated.

3. Legal requirements and qualifications

Providers are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws, licences, permits, registrations, tax obligations, insurance requirements and professional rules that apply to their own services.

Providers must not claim qualifications, licences, insurance or experience they do not hold.

4. Job requests

  • You may accept or decline a request.
  • Before accepting, review the job description, location, access requirements and any known hazards.
  • Confirm price, scope and important exclusions before starting work.
  • Do not perform additional chargeable work without customer approval.
  • Tell Pattaya Condo Care promptly if you cannot attend or complete an accepted job.

5. Customer information and property security

Customer contact details, addresses, access information, photographs and job information must be used only for the relevant service and must not be misused, sold or disclosed unnecessarily.

Security information such as keys, entry cards or access codes must be handled carefully and only for the agreed purpose.

6. Conduct and quality

Providers must act professionally, lawfully and respectfully, take reasonable care of customer property, follow building rules and promptly report accidents, damage, safety issues or material changes to the agreed job.

7. Pricing and fees

Providers must communicate prices clearly. Pattaya Condo Care will disclose any provider platform or coordination fee before that fee becomes payable. No fee should be assumed merely because a provider registers.

8. Complaints and records

Providers should cooperate reasonably with complaints or questions about work they performed. Pattaya Condo Care may keep records of requests, communications, outcomes and complaints for platform administration, safety and dispute handling.

9. Suspension or removal

We may suspend, reject or remove a provider where we reasonably believe information is false, customer safety or property is at risk, complaints are serious or repeated, legal requirements may not be met, or continued participation could harm users or the platform.

10. Changes

These Provider Terms may be updated as the network develops, fees or features are introduced, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on the website.
